- Candidates must have completed the 10+2+3 pattern of study.
- They should have passed examinations conducted by State Boards, CBSE, or any other recognized Board of Education/Examination.
- Undergraduate (UG) Degree examination must be from UGC approved Universities.
- The UG degree should be in any one of the school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at the Secondary/Higher Secondary Educational level.
- Candidates who studied more than one main subject in part III (under Double/Triple major System) of the UG Degree course must choose only one main subject.
- They should apply for admission based on the chosen optional subject.
- Postgraduate (PG) candidates in Economics and Commerce must have a minimum of 50% marks in their PG Degree, irrespective of their UG marks.
- Interdisciplinary subjects declared equivalent by the respective University can also apply.
- Marks obtained in UG degree course Part III Major and Allied, including practical, will be considered to calculate the percentage.
- Bachelor Degree holders in Engineering or Technology are eligible for admission to the B.Ed., Degree Programme.
